The COVID 19 pandemic is a serious health issue that HunterLab is actively taking measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and associates.
Per the memorandum issued by the President of United States on March 16th addressing Coronavirus Guidance for America, it states: “If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule.” On a global basis, HunterLab serves the Food, Chemical, Biologics, Pharmaceutical, and Energy industries. As such we are classified as part of the essential infrastructure. While we continue to serve our global customers, we are diligently following all health and travel requirements issued by Country, State, and local governments.
We are actively taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and insure we are committed to supporting our customers in a way that is timely and safe for all parties. Alternative approaches to service and training, including video and remote support, rapid turnaround depot servicing, and certification can be requested as needed. We have also intensified our cleaning procedures to include disinfecting all customer instruments before shipment.
These are challenging times. Nonetheless, you can be assured that we will do our best to get through this crisis together, doing business not “as usual” but better than ever.
